Terms of use

Trackside Careers is an independent job board for Formula 1, run by Cloakist B.V., based in the Netherlands. Contact: contact at tracksidecareers dot com.

Formula 1, F1, the FIA and the names of the teams are trade marks of their owners. We use them only to say whose jobs a listing shows, never to suggest that they endorse us.

• Every job comes from the employer's own careers site or the recruiting system it uses. The job adverts, their text and any logos belong to the employers.
• We show the key facts of each job and a short excerpt. We show the full description only where the employer has allowed it. Each job names its source.
• You apply on the employer's own site: our Apply button takes you there. We don't take applications or CVs, and we aren't part of any hiring decision.
• Employers can ask us to remove or correct a listing, show facts only, or stop AI processing, on our employers page. We act within one working day.

We read each source regularly and show when we last checked it, but roles change, fill and close between our checks, and a source can contain mistakes. We can't guarantee that a listing is complete, current or correct. The employer's own advert is the one that counts: check it before you apply.

Where we show a short summary written by AI, it is labelled as such. It can be wrong: the employer's advert is the authoritative version. Salary and visa details appear only as the employer stated them.

You may use the site to find and follow jobs. Please don't:

• access it in a way that harms it or its other users, for example with automated requests at a rate no person would make, or by getting around a limit or block we put in place;
• send false or misleading requests through our forms, or make a request for an organization you don't represent;
• present our listings as your own, or suggest that we or the teams endorse you;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

The site is free and provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for loss that comes from relying on a listing, from a listing being unavailable, or from the employers' sites we link to, which we don't control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim there.

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
